A game related to "slug bug" and "punch buggy" and "prius poke," crappyslappy is when you slap someone you are with after seeing a crappy car (rusted, garbage bag for windows, broken taillights, etc.)

Person 1: "Hey, look at that shitty car!"

Person 2: "Crappyslappy!"

Person 1: "Ouch why the fuck... ohh damn you got me!"
