DB - Dumb Breezy. Female equivalent of a douche bag.

Derived from the slang "breezy" in reference to a decent looking to attractive girl, dumb breezy extends the blonde stereotype applied to idiotic women the world over.

Person1: That girl took 3 hours to find her neighbor's house.
Person2: Yeah she's a DB...
