Friend Goal 

someone that you know who they are, but don't actually know personally. you make it your goal to become friends with them.

Katie: Hey you know that guy that sits in the front of the classroom in algebra?
Kayla: Yeah.
Katie: I think he's my friend goal. He seems pretty cool.
