Dead Bear 

Someone that is reacting to life in such a matter that would involve no type of mental capacity; therefore they have the mental capabilities of a dead bear in the act of making decisions about life. It is often times also referring to someone who is also content with making idiotic decisions in life.

Yo, that chick over there is going to court for assaulting someone and she's laughing about it like she doesn't even realize that she might end her ass up in jail...Dead Bear Status.
