A parent, guardian or authority figure; who practices the art of:

* Parenting

* Advocacy (for family & community needs)

* Balancing Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
A comprehensive approach to a family leader, building whole families through purposed interconnectedness of the varied intersections of any individual family or family construct.

As a Parent Practitioner; I advocate on the federal level for programming and gap fillers I experience in my family and community.
