A male that is shorter than the female or other male in the relationship, but is still the dominant partner

Guy 1: Why is that girl so shy with her boyfriend? He's shorter than her.
Guy 2: Yeah, but he's the dominant in the relationship
Guy 1: Oh, so he's a Stunted-Dom?
