House, MD fans often say this to express excitement, fear, panic, etc.

Used the same way "Oh My God" is used.

Fan #1: "Hugh Laurie was on Ellen today talking about House, MD. Ellen gave him a guitar."

Fan #2: "Oh My House! That's awesome!"
