Another way of saying no offense, and your not trying to convince someone else. It's all okay when your just throwing it out there.

Harold: oh my god hannah is so hot.

Leah: Hannah's a fat slut, juss throwin that out there.

Harold: Oh... I don't think so.

Leah: I don't care..
