A community-dispensed disciplinary action in the game of League of Legends.

The Tribunal is the system the game uses to discipline the majority of rulebreakers. A jury of your peers reviews your case, carefully weighing your actions against the rules, then decides if you are innocent or guilty.

Everybody just hits 'PUNISH' as soon as they can, though.
