A white male who typically has extreme low levels of testosterone, and may even be considered a woman. These are the same people you see on the MSM talking about how they support BLM or "green" energy. They hold no real values as long as they get the attention. They often compensate this diffiecency by posting about how awesome they are via twitter or Facebook but in reality they are bunch of CNN, NBC subscribers. They are often called a cuck or beta.
