The action of a baby or kid, usually below 3 years to stand in two legs.

Person 1: What is Mike doing he act like an idiots
Perosn 2: He just dont know how to make his baby stand.

The action of training your kid to stand in two legs before learning to walk, usually practiced on kids below 3 years old.

Person 1: That child looks menacing, why he just stay there and look around.
Person 2: He just baby stand.
