Noun - Term for a Mitsubishi Lancer that attempts to look like a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Usually accomplished by adding non-performance parts to the vehicle. (IE. Spoiler, Badges, Vented Hood, Etc...)

Ricers typically drive makebelievos because they can't actually afford a real Evo.
