When two individuals touch bodies in an attempt to stimulate one another but fully clothed.

Crack 

1. Something done that is completely off the wall, or bogus.

2. Someone who does crazy and down right stupid stuff.

3. Shenanigans as in circus performance in a closed environment, secret or dishonest activity or maneuvering.

No she did not just sit here all day and do nothing on the clock, she CRACK!!!
