Liptwat 

A narcissist who is highly insecure and filthy. They obsess over others they are jealous of and lie about everything to win approval. Always playing the pathetic victim to gain sympathy and to manipulate anyone who doesn't see through their fake personality.

I've met narcissists before but that one is a liptwat.
