Snobva 

A snobby northern virginia resident. Someone who resides in the outskirts of D.C and think they are kings/queens of the mountain. Symptoms: poor driving, snarky comments, glares, and can't handle a dose of their own medicine.

"I was stopped at a red light when a snobva laid on his horn and continued to cut me off in the flow of traffic. When I had the chance to pass him up, I flicked him off and he started to cry."
