Lip-back

A facial expression characterized by pulling the corners of the mouth back while slightly raising the cheeks, conveying feelings of discomfort, surprise, or sympathy akin to saying "oof" or "sheesh" silently. Often used in response to cringe-worthy situations or unexpected news.
