A dirty sanchez occurs when a male places both pinky fingers together and inserts them into the female anal cavity. Once the pinkies have been removed, ass pounding ensues and a reach around occurs. Any fecal remnants are smudged above the upper lip which creates a mustache of sorts.
Since my lady friend is such a big fan of anal sex I felt it would be a great idea to give her a dirty sanchez.
