The act of recieving a blumpkin whilst confined to a wheelchair. If the guy happens to be getting a knobber, whilst he shits into his plastic bag, this will be a mobile blumpkin.
Wheelchair Guy: Hey! I was getting a knobber whilst shitting into my bag!
