Short for "Jewish Mumma". Used in an endearing way.

Someone asks "Wow, who made that great lunch for you?" You respond " My Juma!"

Also yelling "JUMMMMMAAAAAAAA" is way of celebrating the small victories in life.

Ash : " I just found $20 dollars in my pocket!"
Dave: "JUUUUUUUMMMAAAAA!"
