to shave a circular patch of hair out of the crown of your head.

it gives the illusion that somebody put a large piece of devon (mixed meat log) on your head.

"oh hi there!, thats a pretty bitchin dev you got going there!"

"hey man, im so wasted. shave me a devon in my head so i remmeber to never drink this much again."
