Having dream sex that is so good that you begin to actually believe it is real and develop feelings towards your dream partner. Can affect day-to-day life. No known cure except actually sleeping with said dream partner.

Scott had dreamt of her so often and with such clarity that he developed a case of sexdreamitis.
