Short for "JoJo's Bizarre Background Ugly Fucks".

Anyone who is so horrifically, terrifyingly ugly enough to be classed as a background character for the popular manga, game, and anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Background characters are often drawn with such body horror that they look borderline deformed in said manga and anime series.

"Bro, have you seen Daniel? He's a complete juck."
