When one makes themselves throw up whilst under the influence of Alcohol, before he or she is forced to via nausea. This prevents a "blackout" from happening.

Person 1: Shit man I just drank so much and we aren't even at the party yet.
Person 2: Just go tactical yarf real quick so you don't die tonight.
