A mood in which a person's mind is behaving spontaneously and erratically

I'm so zasperratic today, i just blurted out that I wanted a talking giraffe to go clubbing with me, and that he'll see which women are whores, and that i should stay away from them, and i'll listen 'cause he's my best friend and knows what's good for me.
