A group of kids that belong to a parent. Three or more kids that share a parent and can be seen playing together on occasion.

Person 1: Hey do you know Amy, Jon, April, and Mark?

Person 2: Yeah, there all brothers & sisters, that is Mr. Smith's kidspat.
