A disorganized institution for higher education, that charges inflated tuition, hands out mediocre degrees, has a serious parking shortage, is constantly under "construction", has academic advisors that are more than incompetent and will give you the run around whenever you try to accomplish anything for yourself. Generally a terrible place to attend college, located in the heart of hopping downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.
