A person with a serious retardation. Derived from the word "Hemma" in Norwegian, which means disabled.

Used mostly as slang in the city of Kongsberg, Norway.

Andy: Damn, I suck at this game..

Ray: That's cause you're a heemos, son!

Nima: Wow, the pot calling the kettle black..
