Hotdog Vendor

The act of pushing someone down on their stomach, removing their pants, laying your penis along their butt crack and whispering into their ear: "I can rape you anytime I want."

If Paul keeps up with that attitude, he may need a Hotdog Vendor to bring him down a peg.
