1. A small, insignificant object or detail; something minor that is easily overlooked.
2. Something if change ever so slightly would have been much better.

1. Despite the clutter on his desk, he knew where every brimble was when he needed it.

2. If that pitch was slightly higher, it wouldn’t have been a brimble.
