Literally, Black Chanks on Heroin. Often used in times of rejoicement or anguish to signify happiness or pain.

Ex. 1: Yo, look at that BC on H.
Ex. 2: Yo, I'm smacked as a BC on H.
Ex. 3: Yo, I failed that test like a BC on H.
Ex. 4: BC's ON H!!!
