A buttocks that is large or consists mostly of fat. Chances are the fat was obtained from eating a plethora of bacon or other high-fat pig products.

Guy 1: "Look Jonathan, that lady has a massive baconass. Gross"
Guy 2: "I know right, she needs to lay off the bacon man"
