When one defecates onto another person, or their belongings, from a distance of one story (average of 14 feet) or higher. If there are more than 3 care packages being called in on the person or item, the action is effectively deemed a Gainesville shit swarm.
My roommate left the dishes in the sink so I called in a Gainesville care package on his scooter in the parking lot…😭😭
