Means 'Homão da Porra', it's Brazilian expression that designates a very handsome, masculine and manly man. It does not have to do with machism, but with a men who looks, acts and appears like a man proudly without being arrogant. It's an expression used exclusively by a straight man to designate a very sexy straight man without being confused as an homossexual. Roughly translated to English, it means something like 'Funcking hot Man'. Can be used as a hashtag or the full expression itself (the last, only in Portuguese sentences).
