(noun) Waxy, vanilla smelling hair pomade used by "greasers" or "rockabillies." Based on Dr. Rubin's, a Los Angeles pomade manufacturer. Hair product in greaser parlance.

"Dude my pomp is sticking up in back. Do you have any Rubin's on you?"
