A somewhat offensive term for an American, insinuating they eat nothing but burgers therefor "you are what you eat".

Can refer to their intelligence as well, burgers have no intelligence or "an idiot sandwich"

No wonder burgers think these cars are shit. They're too thick to what they're doing
