What an obese, lazy person does instead of sleeping when they crash in front of the television. A cross between blubber and slumber. Used as a noun depicting said person.

The blumber was too lazy to get up from his recliner to answer the front door for pizza delivery.
OR She went straight from the breakfast table to the sofa for her mid-winter blumber.
