Upon discovering a girl is in floods of tears (probably after being dumped:

"Oi, why the fuck are you jibbing?"

If somebody appears to be getting upset:

"Calm down mate, don't jib!"

Drunk or high on the drugs.

Derived from the expression, "I'm off my head like Ken Bigley"

"How are you doing mate?"
"I've just drunk 8 pints of beer and I'm completely Bigleyed"
