Cap 

A reference to Captain Sol, a character widely considered the most powerful Tank on the City of Heroes MMORPG. The character is famous for several incredible feats of in-game ability that have become legend among many players. The word is most often said as a statement of surprise or as a comparative explicative.

Did you see that? That was a totally Cap move!

Who the heck do you think you are, man?! Cap?

We could've beaten that AV if we had Cap!

Why would he do a thing like that?! He's Cap.

That was one hard mission! Yeah, a real Cap.
