Circle Jerk 

A drunk party game usually held by pretentious management and their toadies at certain seafood resteraunts in Florida: a mutual masterbation occasion, oftimes capped off (anchored) by a dyke.

That Pat the Dyke is good at startin' off the circle jerk.
