A combonation of large and hardcore = largecore.
Means you dislike something a great deal.

Person 1: Jess fell in the mud today when she was walking out back to get stoned.
Person 2: That sucks.
Person 1: Yeah, and then whe she got there, there wasn't even any pot.
Person 2: Now that sucks largecore!
