A word used to describe the expansion of the moistened hair in the pubic region of the female, sending it over the vaginal opening and horshoeing around to the rectal region. This most often interferes in the process of a man giving a woman a rimjob. This term is derived from the Ethiopian words "coon," which roughly translates into pubarrhea, which then tranlates into pubes, and "tail," which tranlates into a hairy object thrusting from the body.
