Hmmm to explain this monstrosity, ah yes a front butt is the enormous amount of fat below the belly button and above the vagina and or penis. It can often look like a second butt or in rare cases the only butt. Though when the front butt is as big as the actual butt you then have a phoopha. Phoopha

While at a theme park i looked to my friend and said check out that enormous front butt.
