Someone who treats someone differently because of their skin color or race.
NOT someone who says the word "black"

Andrew: Did you hear what Jeffrey said about black people?
Gregory: Yeah, what a racist.

Someone who has their head so far up their butt, they can't tell right from wrong-mostly political decisions.

Steve: That guy is making a fool out of himself.
Tim: Yeah, he's acting like a total liberal.
