Butt

The end of a summer sausage. Most summer sausages taper at the end forms what looks like an "outie butthole," hence these ends are often called the butt of the sausage.

Mr T is cutting summer sausage for the charcuterie board.
Mr T: "I just finished off the summer sausage. Does anyone want the butt?"
Ms J: "Yes! That's my favorite part!"
