Kids that try really hard, but just can't become quite 'scene' enough.

Oh don't you love those trashy jeans with the cuts and rips all over them? I've seen wannabemo's all over school with those.

1. Getting hit in the testicles extremely hard.
2. the art of hitting someone in the testicles, usually by slightly knocking the balls with a knuckle or two and pulling back the hand quickly.

That pool ball hit him in the nuts and tipped him hella hard.

I was arrested for tipping the police officer when he tried to write me a ticket.

After he was tipped by the man with steel toed boots, he was never able to have children.
