Mayogrophobia 

The fear of mayonnaise and any food that it comes in contact with.

Dave - "Dude did you know that Laura has a terrible condition of mayogrophobia?"
Steve - "I heard that 1 in every 23,000 struggle with that condition."

Dave - "Yeah, she ruined last years New Year's party because there was mayo in the cheese dip and she puked everywhere."
