Cocoa bomb 

The act of putting milk, chocolate syrup and mini marshmallows in one's rectum, then having anal intercourse to mix it up. Once it's mixed up it's expelled into a mug then the male ejaculates on top and the drink is ready to be served.

It was a cold December night so Sandy and Carl decided to warm themselves up and make a cocoa bomb.
