A person who goes slutty for any of the following; people with tattoos, tattoo artists, or those who are willing to pay for their tattoos.

In most cases an inkslut will totally go slutty for more than one of the above!

Omg look at her, she drooling all over that tattooed guy over there! She's such an inkslut!
