To consume something ; usually referring to marijuana.

A - "Dude, you down to shmouse today?"
B - "Can't dude, I gotta drug test tomorrow."

A - "Let's chill today. We'll shmouse than go pick some bitches up."
B - "No doubt, you want me to cop the bud?"
