The word used as a replacement for slutty, to indicate online behaviour.

“Due to a lack of physical contact during self isolation restrictions, their chat became slut-e.”

“Have you noticed how slut-e you’ve become?”

mobbed 

Being suddenly surrounded by a mob (large group).

"Police intervened to protect a man who was being mobbed by protesters."

"The celebrity quickly made her way to the limousine, so to avoid being mobbed by her crowding fans."

"We were surrounded by sheep, and they were so pushy I felt like I was being mobbed.!!"

"The Boxing Day Sales are so hectic, you'll need to be careful you don't get mobbed."

a work in progress 

Something that is being progressively modified, and improved over time. Most usually used to suggest that it's happening at a rate more slowly than desired.

"How is the renovation on your house coming along?"
"It's a work in progress."

"You've been spending a lot of time at the gym. How is your fitness coming along?"
"I'm a work in progress."

don't be a wally 

Don't make yourself seem, or act like you are less intelligent than you actually are.
The actions of someone appearing to be like a Wally, may be either unintentional or on purpose.
Being likened to a Wally, can happen either affectionately, in a sarcastic and demeaning way, or as encouragement not to be stupid.

"Hey mate, don't be a Wally."
"Ha-ha.... Don't be a Wally."
"That's amazing, but don't be a Wally."
